Age-divided Sunday School classes are available for children from Pre-School through the 6th grade at 10:00 every Sunday morning. The teachers in these classes provide interesting and interactive Bible lessons geared to that specific age group.
During the Sunday morning worship service preschoolers enjoy a special time of hands-on activities and learning a short Bible lesson geared to their age. Primary children (1st-3rd grades) get an introduction to the Bible lesson of the day by doing a related activity. Junior children (fourth through sixth grades) learn about the functions of the church as they participate with the teens and adults in a portion of the general worship service before joining the younger children for songs and a Bible lesson.
AWANA is our Wednesday night program for children. Each age group enjoys three segments—an organized game time, a handbook time in which a small group of children meet with a leader to learn specific Bible verses and discuss the applications of those verses, and council time which is a general session for group Bible lessons. The AWANA program also provides various outings.
Children enjoy AWANA during the school year, and we offer an exciting children's program on Wednesday evenings at 7:00.
Bible Adventure Time is a themed, fun-packed week for 1st through 6th Grade children. Bible Adventure Time features a missionary speaker, group games, small group classes,
memory verses, snacks,
and team competitions.
We also have fun in activities outside of our regular meetings time. Children go visiting at Senior facilities, sing in special Christmas presentations,
and enjoy fun outings.
