(Genesis 1:27), men have been given

by God the responsibility to lead

(1 Corinthians 11:3; 1 Timothy 3:1-12).

We understand, however, that leaders are not born, but are made. MBC practices intentional discipleship. This is displayed through various opportunities provided for the men:

Monthly Men’s prayer breakfast
Serving as deacons
Ushering in the worship services
Reading the Scriptures and praying in the worship services
Teaching On Mission groups
Leading Bible study and prayer
Ministering through music
Working with the children's ministries
Maintenance projects
Enjoyable activities

Ladies

Ladies are fellow heirs of the grace of God (1 Peter 3:7). God has given ladies special gifts and insights.

They have opportunities to utilize their gifts while ministering to the body here at MBC.

We practice intentional discipleship among the women,

and it consists of the following opportunities:

Men

Ladies
